The Nakhchivan Post and Telecommunications Center is organizing a training for postal operators and postmen in Sharur district on “Digital knowledge of postal employees, postal operations and ethical behavior”.

Postal operators and postmen operating in Sharur, Sadarak and Kangarli districts are participating in the training.

The main goal of the training is to increase the digital knowledge and skills of postal employees, to ensure more correct and efficient implementation of postal operations, as well as to ensure compliance with ethical behavior rules in communication with customers.

Within the framework of the training, information is provided on various topics related to the use of postal services, execution of operations, effective use of digital tools and increasing customer satisfaction, and the practical knowledge and skills of the participants are improved.

It should be noted that the trainings aimed at improving the knowledge and skills of employees are being continued in stages.

At the end of the training, the knowledge acquired by the participants will be evaluated through a test consisting of 50 questions.
