The Audio-Visual Systems and Organization of Cultural and Mass Events Sector is a structural unit of "Nakhchivan Post and Telecommunications Center" LLC, and operates in the direction of establishing internal and external corporate communication of the enterprise, technical and organizational support of official and cultural events. The sector's activities mainly cover two important areas: management of audio-visual technologies and organization of mass events.

The main tasks and functions of the sector include the following:

• Technical and Audio-Visual Support: Equipping official meetings, business consultations, and conferences of local and international significance held at the Center with modern sound, lighting, projection, and other audio-visual equipment, as well as providing technical oversight to ensure the uninterrupted conduct of remote video conferences; 

 

• Organization of Official and Corporate Events: Developing scripts and executing—at a high standard—industry-specific professional holidays, anniversary events, press conferences, and presentation ceremonies aligned with the organization's activities;

 

• Media and Archive Management: Conducting photo and video coverage of the Center’s projects, official meetings, and internal events; performing graphic design and video editing; and building the organization's media archive;

 

• Social and Public Projects: Organizing internal social projects, competitions, and intellectual and sports contests aimed at fostering corporate culture and team spirit among employees; Exhibition Representation: Preparation of the audiovisual and artistic design of the Center’s stands, as well as presentation programs, for local and international exhibitions in the telecommunications and postal sectors.
