In order to organize postal and telecommunications services more efficiently, implement modern management mechanisms and accelerate digital transformation in the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic, the “Nakhchivan Post and Telecommunications Center” was established. According to the Decree of the Chairman of the Supreme Assembly of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic dated December 17, 2025 - VII FR No., “Nakhchivanpost” LLC, “Nakhchivan Telecom” LLC and the “Radio-Television Transmission Center” of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic, operating under the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport, were merged and began to operate as a single entity.

        The main goal of establishing the center is to unite existing resources in the field of postal and telecommunications under a single management, increase flexibility in management, optimize costs, use technical and human resources more efficiently, as well as apply modern service models.

     “Nakhchivan Post and Telecommunications Center” operates in the direction of organizing postal communication, internet and telecommunications services, developing digital infrastructure, expanding fiber-optic networks, introducing electronic services, improving service quality and adapting them to international standards. In addition, the center carries out important tasks in the field of introducing modern information and communication technologies, teaching and increasing the accessibility of digital services.

        Currently, “Nakhchivan Post and Telecommunications Center” operates as one of the important institutions that ensures the development of the postal and telecommunications sector in the autonomous republic and provides high-quality and operational services to citizens.
