The Training Sector of the Nakhchivan Post and Telecommunications Center is conducting a training for postal operators and postmen on “Digital knowledge of postal employees, postal operations and ethical behavior”.

The main goal of the training is to increase the digital knowledge and skills of postal employees, to ensure more correct and efficient implementation of postal operations, as well as compliance with ethical behavior rules in communication with customers.

During the training, information was provided on various topics related to the use of postal services, execution of operations, effective use of digital tools and increasing customer satisfaction.
It should be noted that the training aimed at increasing the knowledge and skills of employees will be continued in stages. The week-long process will cover Sharur and Julfa districts in addition to Nakhchivan city.

At the end of the training, the participants' knowledge will be assessed through a test consisting of 50 questions.
