Education

In 2003-2007, he studied at the Azerbaijan Technical University, specializing in the technology of construction of radio-electronic devices.

In 2007-2009, he studied at the Azerbaijan Technical University, specializing in specialized radio communication systems.

  

Career

In 2008-2010, he worked as a 6th-grade electrician at the ATS-411 Auto Repair Shop of the Khata Telephone Exchange of the "Baku Telephone Communication" PU.

In 2010-2011, he worked as a 7th-grade electrician at the ATS-411 Auto Repair Shop of the Khata Telephone Exchange of the "Baku Telephone Communication" PU.

In 2011–2014, he worked as an 8th-grade electrician in the ATS-411 Auto Repair Shop of the Khata Telephone Exchange of the "Baku Telephone Communications" PU. 

In 2014–2018, he worked as an 9th-grade electrician in the ATS-411 Auto Repair Shop of the Khata Telephone Exchange of the "Baku Telephone Communications" PU. 

In 2018–2021, he worked as an 11th-grade electrician in the ATS-411 Auto Repair Shop of the Khata Telephone Exchange of the "Baku Telephone Communications" PU. 

In 2021–2023, he worked as a leading specialist in the Technical Control Department of the Radio Monitoring and Technical Control Department of the State Radio Frequency Administration. 

In 2023–2025, he worked as a leading specialist at the "Information Communication Technologies Agency" Public Legal Entity. 

In 2025–2026, he worked as Deputy Director of "Nakhchivan Telecom" LLC of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic. 

In 2026, he served as Deputy Director of "Nakhchivan Post and Telecommunications Center" Limited Liability Company.

He is a member of the New Azerbaijan Party.

He is married, has 2 children.
