Education

In 2009-2013, he studied at Nakhchivan State University, specializing in Information Technologies and Systems Engineering.

In 2016-2018, he studied at Nakhchivan State University, specializing in Information Technologies and Telecommunications Systems Engineering.

In 2019, he studied at the Global ICT program in the Republic of South Korea.

In 2024, he studied at the ICT program in the Republic of Portugal.

  

Career

In 2012-2013, he worked as a teacher at the Nakhchivan MR Computer Training and Internet Center. 

In 2014-2015, he worked as an Engineer-Electronics Technician at the Nakhchivan MR Computer Training and Internet Center.

In 2015–2019, he worked as the head of the department in the Department of Broadcasting and Radio Frequency Registration at the Ministry of Communications and New Technologies of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic.

In 2019–2020, he served as the head of the department in the Department of Computing and Information Technologies at the Ministry of Communications and New Technologies of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic.

In 2020–2026, he served as the head of the department in the Department of ICT and Electronics and Education at Nakhchivan State University, and also worked as a 0.5-staff teacher at the Faculty of Architecture and Engineering at Nakhchivan State University.

In 2026, He continues his scientific and pedagogical activity as a 0.5-staff teacher at the "Electronics and Information Technologies" department of the Faculty of Architecture and Engineering of Nakhchivan State University. At the same time, he has been working as the director of the "Nakhchivan Post and Telecommunications Center" Limited Liability Company since July 15, 2026.

He is a member of the New Azerbaijan Party.
