Education

In 1997–2001, he studied Management at the Institute of National Economy Management under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

In 2007–2011, he studied Law at Nakhchivan State University.

  

 

Career

In 2007–2008, he worked as the Head of the Office at the Shahbuz District Court.

In 2008–2011, he worked as a consultant - court session secretary at the Nakhchivan City Court.

In 2012–2015, he worked as a consultant at the Administrative-Economic Court of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic.

In 2015–2017, he worked as a lawyer at "SIREN" LLC.

In 2019–2020, he worked as a lawyer at "R.N Account Consulting and Business" LLC.

In 2022–2023, he worked as the Director of Baku Mediation Organization No. 17.

In 2023–2025, he served as the Head of the Legal and Human Resources Department of the State Social Protection Fund under the Ministry of Social Protection of Labor of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic.

In 2025–2026, he worked as the Deputy Director of "Nakhchivan Telecom" Limited Liability Company under the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic.

In 2026, he served as the Deputy Director of "Nakhchivan Post and Telecommunications Center" Limited Liability Company.

He is a member of the New Azerbaijan Party.
