President Ilham Aliyev has signed a Decree "On additional measures to stimulate the export of non-oil and gas goods and support transportation costs."
According to the decree, the amount of transportation support (hereinafter referred to as export transportation support) will be paid from the state budget for the costs incurred for the transportation of non-oil and gas goods of Azerbaijani origin during the export of these goods, depending on their type, customs value, country of export and mode of transport.
In addition, the amount of transportation support (hereinafter referred to as internal transportation support) will be paid from the state budget for the costs incurred for the transportation of non-oil and gas goods of Azerbaijani origin produced in Nakhchivan to other regions of the country by land.
