President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev signed the Decree on the integration of the administration in the field of freedom. Based on the company, a public legal entity was created under the Ministry of Number Development and Transport, as well as the "National Freedom Agency" under the Ministry of Electron Safety Service.
The new Agency will implement regulation and supervision in the field of incompetence in the country, increase the durability of the information infrastructure, identify and counteract incompetence, and spread it. Essentially, the Company is the legal heir of the National Freedom Agency and the Electron Safety Service, and all its rights and freedoms, including its real estate, are transferred to the Agency. The Executive Board, consisting of a director and three assistants, will guide and supervise the activities of the agency.
With the Act, a number of normative legal acts were also amended, and the protections related to the Electron Safety Service were adapted to the newly created Agency.
By the President's Decree, the Regulations of the National Civility Agency were approved.
